The General and Special Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. On Friday, September 18, Early In-Person Voting starts. Registered voters may vote Early In-Person at the Office of Elections at 107 N. Kent Street or at our Satellite location at 261-263 Sunnyside Plaza Drive. The satellite location at Sunnyside was recently approved by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors. This location allows for safe social distancing and has excellent parking and accessibility. Citizens should consider using this location during the dates and hours listed below. Beginning September 18, the office of Elections will be open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., M-F and the last two Saturdays in October. Sunnyside will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., M-F and the last two Saturdays in October. On Saturday, October 24 both locations will be open for Early In-Person voting 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, October 31st is the last day to vote Early In-Person and both locations will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, October 13 is the last day to register to vote in the November Election. Friday, October 23 is the last day to request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot.
