Citizens’ Climate Lobby – Winchester chapter launch A Falls Church neighbor of mine, Sarah Karush, who is active with the Citizens’ Climate Lobby is working with some folks here in Winchester to start a local chapter. CCL is a non-partisan group of people working to address national policies related to climate change.
